Overview


Meridian Habitat Park and Community Center, known to locals as the Puyallup Amphitheatre, is a 36-acre park that includes a community center, several smaller buildings, wooded areas, open grassy areas, nature playground, wetlands and a variety of wildlife habitat.

Meridian Habitat Park is located on the corner of 144th Street and Meridian Avenue South in the South Hill area.

  • Take exit 127 (Puyallup / Mt Rainier) and turn unto Highway 512 going east
  • Take the WA-161 exit towards South Hill / Eatonville
  • Turn right onto WA-161 (104th Street East)
  • WA-161 (104th Street East) becomes WA-161 (South Meridian), head south for about sx miles
  • Go through 144th Street East traffic light
  • Turn right into park entrance
From WA-410 West
  • Take WA-167 South
  • Take the WA-512 towards Puyallup / Olympia
  • Take the exit towards South Hill / WA-161 South / Eatonville
  • Turn left onto WA-161 (104th Street East)
  • WA-161 (104th Street East) becomes WA-161 (South Meridian), head south for about six miles
  • Go through 144th Street East traffic light
  • Turn right into park entrance
