E-Ballot Voting Program

Eligibility


Any member of the U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard), Merchant Marine and their dependents, commissioned corps of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration may participate. Overseas Citizens are defined as U.S. citizens who reside outside the United States.

E-Ballot


Qualified voters will receive a link to an exact image of their ballot via email. The ballot may be returned using normal mail delivery, or it may be emailed or faxed to our office (military and overseas voters only).

When


E-Ballots will be emailed approximately 45 days before every primary and general election and 30 days before every special election.
