Search for Documents...
All recorded documents except certain military records are public record and are available for viewing and copying. You can obtain dates to determine if a military record is public or private.
The recording index is on-line for public access and 3-16-1998 and newer images of the recorded documents are available on our site. You can search by name and date for the index of documents recorded between 1984 and the present. You can also search by the recording number. Our search screens will not accommodate searching by address or parcel number. Documents recorded prior to 1984 must be searched in our office. The Assessor Treasurer's website allows you to search by parcel number and address.
The Auditors Recording Department is equipped with a Public Service Area for viewing and copying documents.
Request A Copy...
You may also request a copy of a document via mail. Please provide the recording number, names on the document and recording date, as our index is designed to search using only those criteria. Our index does not include searching by parcel number or address. Please check our fee schedule for copy rates.
