OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE COURT INDICATING YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY GTG YOUR TICKET(S) WERE DISMISSED AND THESE WILL BE SET FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW. THE COURT'S DECISION WILL BE MAILED TO YOU IN APPROXIMATELY 4 TO 6 WEEKS AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE.

Pierce County District Court's Operations Division, located at the County City Building, administers criminal matters, civil matters, small claims, impounds, and traffic and non-traffic infractions. The Probation Division provides offender supervision, pre-sentence investigations, alcohol/drug assessments, deferred prosecution evaluations, treatment planning & referral and administers an offender Work Crew Program, Day Reporting Program and other services by Court order.
