Comment: A shoreline erosion hazard area report and addendum has been reviewed for compliance with Title 18E.110 and found to be acceptable. ref: #624846. The site is located within 200 feet of an active shoreline erosion hazard area. The geotechnical professional has adequately established the need to protect the shoreline hazard area utilizing "soft armoring techniques" to mitigate shoreline regression/erosion from impacting existing structures, upland slope and future SFR.
