Comment: Per Comment from Dave Risvold: I looked through the file and don't see any need, based on the information provided, to have a biologist in attendance at your meeting. The project is within the review trigger distance of a marine mammal haulout site and lies within areas identified as Dept. of Health shellfish areas. However, our code provides no specific guidance related to protective requirements for these two features and we would end up deferring to the same WDFW guidance as is referenced in the application materials.
