Additional Woof Woof Information
Entertainment & Pictures
From 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., we will have vendors and pictures, as well as information on pets and water quality courtesy of the Pierce County Water Program Division. A complimentary bandanna will also be awarded to each dog while supplies last.

Food & Blanket Donation
In addition to the walk, we will be accepting food and blanket donations for the local shelters. Those donating will receive an additional 'ruffle ticket' to enter the drawing.

Proceeds benefit Pierce County Parks and Recreation's youth programs.

Rules of Participation
  • Dogs should be current in vaccinations
  • No dogs under six months of age
  • No female dogs in heat
  • No aggressive dogs
  • No more than two dogs per registration / participant
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older)
  • Keep your dog(s) on a seven foot or shorter leash at all times
  • Clean up after your dog(s), bags will be provided
  • Bring your dog(s) only if he or she is well socialized
  • Walk the course only if you and your pet are in adequate physical condition
  • Water will be provided for both dogs and people along the course
