Do I get paid for jury duty?

The compensation for jury service is $10 a day for each day served, plus a mileage fee. You are paid only for the days you are required to report in and are present.  If you are not called to come in, GO TO WORK.

Payroll

  • We do payroll every 2 weeks
  • It will include your $10 per day and mileage
  • It is your responsibility to talk to your employer about if you are paid your wages while you are on jury duty and how they deal with $10 payment.
  • On your check, you can only see some of the dates you are paid for due to a small window.
  • Print an Attendance Report
