Meridian Habitat Park Facility Rentals
About the Site
Wedding setupThe site can host a variety of events such as weddings, receptions, staff retreats, classes, lectures, and concerts. The outside grounds are available for drop-in picnics or may be reserved for larger outdoor gatherings with a lovely pond setting and walking area.
 
Community Center Auditorium Rental
  • 300 person seating capacity, 200 if seated around tables.
  • Banquet fee with kitchen is $150/hour. Fee is $90/hour without food or use of kitchen.
  • Damage deposits are $100 to $350 depending on usage, plus food and alcohol.
  • All fees subject to change.

Kitchen Rental
Our large kitchen includes conventional and microwave ovens, one refrigerator, one sink and adequate counter space that make this a functional facility.

Break Out Rooms Rental
We have several break out rooms available for small meetings or classes. No food is allowed in these rooms. Rental fee is $20 to $36 per hour. Damage deposits are $100 to $350 depending on usage, plus food and alcohol. All fees subject to change.


Rental Information

To make a reservation, fill out the rental form and send to the Parks & Recreation Department. Reservations are confirmed when we receive your deposit.

Fees
Rental fees are charged for each reservation. Rental fees include the use of six foot rectangle and round tables plus chairs. Depending on the events scheduled in the park, a parking fee may also be charged. Large areas of park are available to the casual user at no charge.

All fees must be paid in full in order to receive a permit. Please call for availability or to schedule a visit with Cara at (253) 841-8515, Monday through Friday with hours varying.
