The Pierce County Prosecutor's Office is the largest law firm in Pierce County with more than 100 lawyers and another 100 members of our support staff team. The Office is divided into three divisions: criminal, civil and family support.

The Office has a long tradition of excellence and is considered one of the preeminent Prosecuting Attorney's Offices in Washington State. Prosecutor Mark Lindquist has earned a reputation as a law enforcement leader and innovator.
