Connection Charges—Basin Rates and Capacity Charges
 Basin Area Rates
2017 rates are effective as of January 1, 2017. Each charge is determined by multiplying the appropriate rate by the number of Residential Equivalent (RE) units discharged to the public sewer system.

 Capacity Charge
Effective January 1 of each year below, the treatment plant capacity charge for all basins except
Cascadia and Etloh* should be as follows:

*Capacity charge applies to the American Lake Gardens/Tillicum, Brookdale, Brown's Point,
Chambers Creek Properties, DuPont, East Basin, Frederickson, Golden Given, Hylebos, Lakewood East, Lakewood West, Oakbrook, Parkland, Rainier Terrace, Spanaway, South Tacoma, University Place East
and University Place West.



Effective January 1, 2017, the rates for the treatment plant capacity charge for the Cascadia and Etloh
basins are as follows:
