What's Happening
Engineering: We're beginning design of a new multi-use trail along the west side of 14th Avenue NW (CRP 5812)
About the Project
When constructed, the 0.53 miles of multi-use trail will connect from 24th Street NW to the Cushman Trail and provide another link in the regional trail network. The new trail is planned to include:
  • An 11-foot wide porous asphalt trail.
  • 2-foot wide gravel shoulders on each side of the trail.
  • A 5-foot wide buffer between the edge of the trail and the edge of the existing paved shoulder.
Project Timeline
July 2015 to July 2016: Surveying, preliminary design, plans, and estimate.

July 2016 and Beyond: Right-of-way acquisition, environmental documentation, final plans, specifications, and construction.  These activities are all dependent on additional funding.
