 Resolutions received

Pierce County Proposed Charter Amendments

After further review, the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office made a July 27 determination that the charter review proposal concerning referendum procedures will be placed on the ballot as a single amendment (No. 43), rather than two amendments (No. 43 and No. 44), as previously noticed on July 21. For the revised amendments (43 & 44) the 10-day appeal period begins on July 28 and the amendments have been renumbered.
