2009-18s2 The 2009 amendments of the Pierce County Development Regulations were initiated by the council through several resolutions: R2007-149 requested that Planning and Land Services (PALS) evaluate the impact of indoor and outdoor wedding facilities; R2008-23 requested that PALS recommend ways to correct inconsistencies within the Development regulations, as identified by three working groups; and R2008-71s called for inclusion of Garfield Street Activity Center guidelines to be included within Title 18J. Further amendments include items needed to clarify sections of the County Code or to provide consistency between the community plans and the implementing regulations.
