Code Consolidation
Ordinance No. 2009-98
This proposal represents Pierce County's first phase of its code consolidation effort in response to Pierce County Resolution No. R2008-77s and R2009-56. The proposal addresses native vegetation, tree conservation, perimeter and parking lot landscaping, infill compatability and other topics.
The Community Development Committee held a public hearing on this proposal on November 16, 2009, and continued the proposal.
