In order to better serve the citizens of Pierce County, the Superior Court Clerk would like to announce the availability for citizens to purchase regular and certified copies of Superior Court documents through Pierce County's LINX website.

Go to 'Legal Information Network Exchange (LINX)' in the left hand menu column, select 'Search' or 'Superior Court Cases' and type in your case number or name. This enhanced service will allow the citizens of Pierce County to access, pay for, view and/or print documents via the web. They will no longer be required to send a mail request, or come to the County-City Building, in order to obtain copies of court documents.

The fees required for purchasing documents over the web are: $.25 per document page for non-certified copies, and; $5.00 for the first document page and $1.00 for each additional document page for certified copies (in accordance with RCW 36.18.016(4)).
