The Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) is funded by the Washington State Department of Commerce and designed to support an integrated system of housing assistance to prevent homelessness and quickly re-house households who are unsheltered. This grant provides resources to address the needs of individuals who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness, as described in Pierce County's Local Homeless Plan.
