Council District 4 covers the central and southern portions of the city of Tacoma including the Old Town, Stadium, downtown, and Hilltop areas, the city of University Place, the city of Fircrest, and a portion of the Port of Tacoma.
District 4 History The first Pierce County Councilmembers to serve under the Home Rule Charter commenced their terms of office on May 1, 1981.
