Where can fireworks be discharged?
In Unincorporated Pierce County, fireworks may be discharged on PRIVATE property with the PERMISSION of the property owner.

NOTE: ONLY WASHINGTON STATE APPROVED CONSUMER 1.4G 'COMMON' FIREWORKS MAY BE SOLD IN RETAIL FIREWORKS STANDS.
