When a case becomes delinquent, the computer system used by the court automatically issues a delinquent statement to the registered owner of the vehicle. If the title has not been transferred at the Department of Licensing, the delinquent statement will be sent to you as the last registered owner. Please contact the court so we may notify the collection agency of the responsible party.

You must take your credit card statement showing that the bank deducted the toll from your account to the Good to Go! customer service center. If it can be verified that the toll was deducted from your account, DOT will advise the Court and the case will be dismissed.

If a payment is returned to the court due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), it is considered a failure to respond. You will be assessed the $25.00 late penalty, as well as a $30.00 NSF fee.

The Department of Licensing will place a hold on the renewal of your vehicle license tabs if you have two toll tickets unpaid during any 12 month period. You must pay the amount due to receive an adjudication form to clear the tickets with the Department of Licensing.
