The Last Opportunity Like This Was Bandon Dunes

"The setting is absolutely breathtaking. This is a chance to do something extraordinary." ~ John Bodenhamer, Executive Director, PNGA/WSGA
To the east lie the Cascades and Mt. Rainier. To the west, the Olympics and Puget Sound. In every sense, the Chambers Creek Properties comprise one of the most spectacular recreational opportunities on the West Coast. Robert Trent Jones II, an internationally renowned architectural firm, has been chosen to design a unique Scottish-links style golf course on approximately 250 acres of the 928 acre site. Expected revenues from the course will pay for operation and maintenance as well as the construction of walking trails and wastewater treatment areas. For more information on wastewater treatment, click on Public Works & Utilities.
Funding for the design phase of the golf course is currently under consideration by the Pierce County Council and will be decided at the May 25 council meeting. If funding is approved, Robert Trent Jones II will require nine to 12 months to complete the course design.
