EXHIBIT SPACE

Maps of the Centennial Building Exhibit Space and Spring Fair are featured on the right side of this website. If you signed up for electricity you will be assigned one of the booth spaces along the wall of the Centennial Bldg.

Inside the Centennial Building: Exhibitors receive space which includes: 10' x 10' pipe & drape booth. Back is 10'W x 8'H. Sides are 10'W x 3'H. Includes one 8' skirted table covered with plastic and two chairs. Light items such as posters may be hung on the drapery. Use string, safety pins, and clips. Avoid any object or securing instrument that may damage the drapery.
  • Exhibitors can request 10 x 20 or larger, additional tables or chairs. Keep in mind when requesting, a 10 x 20 space comes with 2 tables and 4 chairs.
  • Electrical and Internet available by request only.
  • It is recommended Exhibitors bring a 9' x 9' carpet remnant for comfort since we are on blacktop floors.
  • Outdoor Exhibit Space is available in the immediate area of the Centennial Building by request
GIVEAWAYS AND SELLS
Exhibitors may be allowed to sell or giveaway products or food packaged items as as long as they are RELATED TO THE GREEN THEME. The promoter and the fair must pre-approve. For food products, permits must be obtained from the Health Dept at least 10 days prior to the event and a general commercial liability policy as outlined on page 6 of the Fair Handbook.
SECURITY/SAFETY

We will lock up the Centennial Building as soon as the last person is out each day. The building will be re-opened at 8am. Fair Security will have access to the building 24/7.

There will be 'green living' staff and volunteers available to assist vendors and answer questions and of course.

It is not advisable to leave anything of value like laptops overnight.

Please check with the information booth for volunteers or exhibitors leaving after dark. It's always a good idea to walk out with someone. The fair is providing parking attendants.
SET UP/LOAD OUT

Set-Up:

  • Wednesday afternoon, April 14, noon - 5pm, by appt.
  • Thursday morning, April 15, 8am - 1pm.
  • Friday morning, April 16, 8am - 9am
  • Saturday morning, April 17, 8am - 9am
  • For Tuesday or evening set-up, please call to schedule.
  • Exhibitor packages include a 'GREEN LIVING' PASS, which allows access through the Fair's service entrance, located corner of 5th St. SW & 15th Ave. SW for set-up and load out only.

Load Out:

  • Sunday, April 18, 8pm - 10pm or Monday, April 19, 8am - 10am.
  • For vendors requesting Thurs/Fri or Sat/Sun Exhibits; See set-up above. Exhibitors will need to cart out after 10pm. Or Sunday night after the fair closes for vehicle load-out.

SPRING FAIR HOURS, ADMISSION and PARKING

Dates & Hours:

  • April 15, Thu, 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.; April 16, Fri, 10 am - 10 p.m.
  • April 17, Sat, 10 am - 10 p.m.; April 18, Sun, 10 am - 8 p.m.

Admission & Parking:

  • Kids FREE Thursday; Military FREE Friday; Five & under Always FREE
  • Adults: $9, Students ages 6-18: $7 ; Discounted admission programs available
  • Parking: FREE
  • Vendor gate admission passes available by request
VEHICLES ON DISPLAY

Display of liquid and gas fueled vehicles and equipment inside the Centennial Building shall meet the following requirements:

  • Batteries shall be disconnected with the ends taped in an approved manner
  • Vehicles or equipment shall not be fueled or defueled within any building
  • Fuel tanks shall not be more than 1/4 full nor exceed 5 gals, whichever is less, and fuel systems shall be inspected for leaks.
  • Fuel tanks shall be locked or sealed to prevent escape of vapors
  • The location of the vehicles or equipment shall not obstruct or block exits.
