Facilities Maintenance Division maintains County-owned facilities. The Maintenance Division provides a safe, clean and well-maintained atmosphere in which to conduct public business.
In addition to routine repairs, the Maintenance Department:
|
- Manages preventative maintenance programs for major equipment and building components
- Completes remodels on a limited basis
- Provides assistance and consulting services to building tenants for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, remodeling and other tasks
- Ensures buildings meet safety, fire and disability code requirements
- Provides ground maintenance
- Manages food services, security and oversees custodial contracts for different County facilities
