The Real Property Management (RPM) Division handles the acquisition, disposition and leasing of property to meet Pierce County needs and sustainability goals. Periodically, select County owned properties are available for sale and / or lease to the general public. See below for details on current property for lease.

RPM negotiates leases on behalf of other Pierce County government agencies for needed office space, storage and facilities in non-County owned buildings.
