STAY ACTIVE AND INDEPENDENT FOR LIFE: Exercise Instructor Training

14 hour course
Designed for certified exercise instructors
Integrate the latest evidence and research into their classes
Includes practical demonstrations, lab sessions, discussion and evaluation
May receive CEU's
