STAY ACTIVE AND INDEPENDENT FOR LIFE: Exercise Instructor Training

  • 14 hour course
  • Designed for certified exercise instructors
  • Integrate the latest evidence and research into their classes
  • Includes practical demonstrations, lab sessions, discussion and evaluation
  • May receive CEU's
