Each year approximately 12,000 youngsters come to the attention of the Pierce County Juvenile Court (Remann Hall). Whatever their problems and whatever the solutions, these kids need help--assistance that staff cannot always give without a lending hand.

A CouncilVolunteers extend, enhance, and add a creative dimension to the service of the Court. Not only do the youngsters benefit, but those who volunteer often reap rewards that are more valuable than money can buy. Whether it be as a friend, mentor, helper, advisor, advocate, or teacher, volunteers add a so much to the children's services at Remann Hall. The extra programs that volunteers provide take extra special people. There are over 500 of these kind of people who invest themselves in the future of Court-referred youth.
