Parks Citizens' Advisory Board

We are accepting applications to fill three vacancies on the Parks and Recreation Citizens' Advisory Board:

District #1 (covers eastern and southern Pierce County from Buckly to Graham)
District #2 (covers tideflats, East Tacoma through Puyallup)
At-Large

Applicants should have an interest in a variety of parks and recreation issues and must reside in Pierce County.

This nine-member advisory board meets monthly to advise the Parks & Recreation Department on current issues and strategic planning efforts ranging from recreation programs, maintenance operations and capital projects.

Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month beginning at 5:30 p.m. New members serve a four year term.
