Pierce County operates 50 storage hangars, 72 tie-downs, and additional visitor parking.

- Storage Hangars $187.16 per month.
- Storage Units $45.90 per month.
- Tie-downs $52.97 per month.
- Transient Tie-downs $2.66 per night.
In addition to the County-owned facilities, there are also more than 100 private/condo hangars at the airport.

Central Pierce Fire and Rescue Station 69

Central Pierce Fire and Rescue's Station 69 is located at the southeast corner of the airfield and is accessed from 110 Ave E. The station was built in 1984 and is 5,000 square feet. The fire station is staffed by three full time firefighters, 24 hours a day. Station 69 has a fire engine for the majority of the calls, and a brush truck for wildland fires. When staffing allows, an advanced life support medic unit is also in service. Central Pierce's hazardous material response equipment is also housed at the station. There is a helipad available for airborne EMS transport or search and rescue. Station 69 responds to over 1,000 calls a year.
