What's Happening
This project (CSM 6152), managed by Pierce County for the City of Roy, will provide for the improvements of North Warren Street at its crossing of Muck Creek. Improvements designed to improve safety and replace an existing bridge include:

• Construction has been postponed until summer 2012. Once construction begins, a four-month road closure will begin. Click here for an informational postcard.
  
  
• Remove the existing bridge.
  
  
• Reconstruct the new bridge and approach roadways.
  
  
• The new bridge will be constructed with prestressed concrete girders.
  
  
• The bridge will be two lanes with paved shoulders.
  
  
• North Warren Street will be closed during construction.
