Word on the Street: Improvements to 111th Avenue East / 128th Street East Intersection
What's Happening:
We're improving the 111th Avenue East / 128th Street East intersection (CRP 5685). Improvements, designed to relieve traffic congestion, include:
- Reconstructing 128th Street East approaches for two lanes plus a left-turn lane.
- Installing a traffic signal at the intersection.
- Improving intersection street lighting.
- Building concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks.
- Building an enclosed storm drain system as well as stormwater treatment and storage facilities.
- We are also improving the intersection of 111th Avenue East / 122nd Street East (CRP 5744)
