Starting Jan. 1, 2012, fares will increase slightly to support the operation of the ferry. No refunds will be issued after Feb. 15 for tickets purchased prior to the change.
Ketron Island passengers will need to make a reservation 20 minutes in advance by calling 253-588-1950.
Also, the Sunday schedule has changed; the first ferry of the day will leave at 6:45 a.m. instead of 7 a.m.

Full service ticketing is available at the Steilacoom Ferry Landing. Customers can purchase tickets using a debit or credit card at the Anderson Island Store kiosk, and online by clicking on any Buy Tickets link. The following payment types are accepted:
- Cash (U.S. currency)
- Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only)
- TRANBEN

Infrequently, the automated ticketing system may be out of service. During those times, only single tickets can be manually sold at the Steilacoom terminal.

Vehicles, drivers, and passengers must be in position 20 minutes prior to printed departure times or they may not be allowed aboard the ferry.

- Take Exit 125 northbound on Bridgeport Way
- Follow Bridgeport Way and turn left onto Steilacoom Boulevard

From Olympia
- Take Interstate-5 North
- Take Exit 119 'DuPont/Steilacoom'
- Turn left onto Clark Road, which becomes Barksdale Avenue
