Letter of Authorization Letter of Authorization Form (pdf) You may use the Letter of Authorization Form (above) to have your sewer bill sent to a tenant or property management company. Please note the property owner is ultimately responsible for payment of all charges including late charges and foreclosure costs on an account should the tenant or property owner fail to pay the sewer bill.
Sewer Payoff Request When selling your home or business, a written estimated sewer payoff request must be submitted to Sewer Billing Division of Pierce County Public Works and Utilities. You, your agent or escrow or title company can fax this request to our offices to the attention of Sewer Billing at (253)798-4695.
