The Community Assistance and Public Education (CAPE) program was created to assist communities with neighborhood cleanups.

how does it work?

CAPE offers Litter Credits and Junk Vehicle Affidavits to help clean up your property.

Community members take responsibility for the cleanup--Pierce County Responds staff coordinate the assistance.
