A Junk Vehicle Affidavit (JVA) is required:

By a tow operator to remove a public nuisance (junk) vehicle from private property when no title or ownership verification is available.

A JVA is not required for:

Removing vehicles that do not meet the criteria of a junk vehicle
Replacing lost titles

To request a JVA:

Complete the on-line JVA form (call us if more than 10 vehicles)
