Civil Division B - Commissioner Court (Room 117)

A. Subject Matter
This division hears applications for domestic violence hearings, petitions to modify dissolution decrees, uncontested/default dissolutions, contested show cause proceedings, and unlawful harassment hearings.

B. Schedule-Docketing
Matters conducted in Civil Division B shall be heard and docketed as follows:

Show Cause Hearings are conducted Monday through Thursday, commencing at 9:30 a.m. All motions and returns on order to show cause shall be docketed by filing a Note for Commissioner's Calendar and shall be heard on the basis of affidavit and/or declaration.
Pro Se Uncontested/Default Dissolutions are conducted every Friday, commencing at 9:30 a.m. The moving party shall docket these matters by filing a Note for Commissioner's Calendar on a date approved by the Clerk's Office.
Domestic Violence Hearings are conducted Monday through Friday, commencing at 1:00 p.m. Hearings will be docketed by the Clerk's Office in Room 108.
