A. Subject Matter
This division hears applications for ex parte and show cause orders, petitions to modify dissolution decrees, applications for appointment of a receiver, paternity actions and contested show cause proceedings.

B. Schedule-Docketing
Matters conducted in Civil Division C shall be heard and docketed as follows:

Show Cause Hearings are conducted Monday through Thursday, commencing at 9:30 a.m. All motions and returns on order to show cause shall be docketed by filing a Note for Commissioner's Calendar and shall be heard on the basis of affidavit and/or declaration.
Contempt/Support Enforcement may be heard Wednesday and Friday at 1:30 p.m. The moving party shall docket these matters by filing a Note for Commissioner's Calendar.
Paternity Hearings (including show cause or modification of paternity actions) are conducted Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, commencing at 1:30 p.m. The moving party shall docket these matters by filing a Note for Commissioner's Calendar.
Pro Se Uncontested/Default Dissolutions are conducted every Friday, commencing at 9:30 a.m. The moving party shall docket these matters by filing a Note for Commissioner's Calendar on a date approved by the Clerk's Office.
