Pierce County's Sewer Division will perform equipment testing beginning in May 2019 through the summer or early fall of 2019. During testing, we will not be able to provide guaranteed analysis numbers for plant-available nutrients in our SoundGRO® fertilizer. Because of this, we will not produce SoundGRO® Fertilizer during testing.
Unfortunately, all SoundGRO® fertilizer we expect to create between now and when we stop SoundGRO® production is spoken for. If you already received an email confirmation with an attached load slip, your SoundGRO® product will be available on your scheduled week.
We anticipate accepting new SoundGRO® fertilizer orders in October 2019 and will send out notification to our customers and update our website when distribution is once again available. We value your business and look forward to working with you again in the fall of 2019.
SoundGRO is the natural choice fertilizer product for your landscaped areas and vegetable gardens. SoundGRO® Contains 100% natural organic nitrogen, plus nutrients and micronutrients that are vital for the healthy growth of your plants.
SoundGRO® has many benefits over regular chemical fertilizers:
Slow-release formula works over a longer period of time, decreasing the need for frequent fertilizing
Low salt index can be applied even in the hottest, driest weather without risk of burning your plants
Improves soil structure
SoundGRO® fertilizer is manufactured at the Chambers Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant from by-products of the wastewater treatment process known as biosolids.
