Notice of Funding Availability Landlord Liaison Program (LLP)
The primary function of the Landlord Liaison Program (LLP) will be to engage, recruit and establish partnerships with landlords and property management companies countywide to improve access to rental housing for the target population. The program’s primary role will be to establish formal business agreements with landlords willing to work with and/or reduce screening criteria for households with rental barriers.
The County is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for professional services to promote fair housing education, outreach to community residents and stakeholders, and conduct fair housing testing. The contract is anticipated to run July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022.
