Request: The proposed project is to:
• Retain a 130-sq. ft. patio, with portable fire pit, within the shoreline setback.
• Retain two jet ski floats (each 5’ x 12’) at the end of the existing dock.
• Retain a 40 ft. long retaining wall, varying in height from 5 ft. to less than ½ ft., within the shoreline setback.
• Remove and replace existing float with a buoy 210 ft. off shore at a water depth of
-10 ft.
